My passion for sports led me to delve into the world of crosstraining more than six years ago, and since then I have accumulated valuable knowledge that I want to share with you. My goal is to offer you a space where you can train comfortably, understanding your body and moving effectively.
My curiosity and commitment to well-being have led me to specialize in body mobility and comprehensive women's health in sports. I am an expert in training for pregnancy and postpartum, as well as pelvic floor strengthening using the 5P method and Kegel exercises.

Hi! I'm Marisol, Head Coach and Sports Nutritionist at Enara Box. I started practicing sports for health reasons, and since then, exercise has become essential for my well-being.
I'm active, hardworking, and curious, which led me to train as a sports technician and nutritionist. With this knowledge, I created my center Lifestyle The Project in 2019 to help improve health through personal training and nutrition.
I've been practicing crosstraining for more than 6 years, and I believe everyone should be able to enjoy its benefits. My goal is to offer more people the opportunity to feel good through sports and nutrition.

Hello! I'm Rubén Gavilà, a masseur, osteopath, and social worker. My experience in the social field has allowed me to understand the importance of overall well-being and how it influences people's quality of life.
For the past few years, I have been delving into the world of massage therapy and osteopathy, acquiring valuable knowledge that I want to share with you. I use cupping techniques, sports massage, and osteopathy to help you relieve tension, improve circulation, and enhance your recovery. Additionally, my passion for cross-training allows me to offer specific support to athletes of this discipline, helping them improve their performance and prevent injuries through manual techniques, cupping, dry needling, sports massage, and osteopathy.
